I believe that 'agile coaches' are more passionate about the processes and will be good at coaching everyone involved, not just the development team. This scrum master will be partnered close with a Technical Product Owner. Conduct Scrum of Scrum for the entire program and ensured integration of the projects Design Definition of Done for validating the output of each Sprint and acceptance of user stories. Facilitate Scrum events like Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, Sprint Review Help develop the roadmap for all teams to evolve toward predictive velocities Guide and coach teams to convert requirements into efficient User Stories Empower teams to improve from Sprint Retrospective action items Help the product owner to come up with set of stories for better understanding for estimate and development. Work with PO on Artifacts Such as Product Backlog, Spring Backlog, Sprint Burn down, Release Burn down.
