Kindly have a glance at the job description Role: Enterprise Architect Location: Plano, TX Contract Experience: 15+ years As a seasoned Enterprise Architect at client play a pivotal role in aligning clients vision by leading the rationalization and transformation of their current auto manufacturing processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive innovation, efficiency, and agility across our organization. Responsibilities: Vision Alignment: Collaborate with executive leadership to understand and refine the company's vision for becoming a mobility-based organization. Translate this vision into an actionable enterprise architecture strategy that incorporates IIoT, Industry 4.0, Cloud, AI/ML, and security components. Process Rationalization: Assess and analyze existing auto manufacturing processes to identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Develop a roadmap for process rationalization, streamlining, and optimization, leveraging Industry 4.0 principles. Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the automotive and mobility industry, recommending the adoption of relevant IIoT, Cloud, AI/ML, and security solutions to enhance our capabilities. Architecture Design: Lead the design and development of an enterprise architecture framework that supports the transformation goals, with a focus on IIoT connectivity, Cloud-based services, and AI/ML integration. Ensure that architecture principles align with the mobility-focused vision while maintaining robust security measures. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business units, IT teams, data scientists, and other stakeholders to create a cohesive architecture that enables seamless integration of mobility solutions into our operations, with a strong emphasis on security engineering. Data and Analytics: Define data architecture and analytics strategies that harness the power of data for informed decision-making and innovation in the mobility domain, while ensuring data security and compliance. Security and Compliance: Ensure that the architecture addresses security and compliance requirements, establishing robust measures to protect sensitive information and adhere to industry standards, especially in the context of Cloud and IIoT security. AI/ML Integration: Integrate AI/ML technologies into our processes, leveraging data insights to drive automation, predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement. Cloud Strategy: Develop a comprehensive cloud strategy that encompasses hybrid and multi-cloud architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of architecture initiatives, regularly reporting progress to leadership, and continuously optimizing solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience (minimum 6 years) as an Enterprise Architect in a complex and dynamic organization, preferably in the automotive or mobility industry. In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman). Strong understanding of auto manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and mobility technologies. Proficiency in evaluating and adopting emerging technologies, including IoT, AI, Data and Analytics and blockchain. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels. Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive change in a matrixed organization. Industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS, Azure) are a plus.
