Summary of candidate. LinkedIn and resume must match. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in IT with 1-2 years of experience, or an Associates degree in Networking with 3-5 years of experience. Obtained CCNA (Cisco-certified Network Associate) or higher certifications within the last 5 years. At least 1 year working with Cisco Network equipment (routers, switches, etc.) Enterprise firewall experience (Fortinet firewall experience ) Strong network analytical and troubleshooting skills with the capability to handle and own critical issues through to resolution. Experience with network cabling: ethernet and fiber-types. Excellent writing, communication, and customer service skills. Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of conducting business. Ability to lift, carry, install heavy items (25lbs or more).
