They definitely want someone on site 4 days per week. NEEDS TO HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE MANAGING OFF-SHORE RESOURCES****** Team will support the Document Intake Processing(DIP) application. This application contains a UI written in Angular, C# and .Net Core. The tech stack is: Languages: C# with Angular front end Domain APIs, ,NET Core. SQL (SSMS) This team will have a TQL provided Product Manager, Product Owner, and Scrum Master. The offshore team will be made up of 5 developers and 2 QA (Quality Assurance). Aptude providing As the others, this offshore team will require a New Era provided onshore lead developer to coordinate their activities. The Lead developer will partner with a Product Architect from TQL will partner and with the TQL Lead developers and the onshore lead developer to guide both the offshore teams on solution design and ensure fit with TQL policies and practices Onshore lead developer should have at least 10 years of experience and should be able to code if required. On shore Lead should have experience in the following: teams: Angular SQL Server C# Web API .Net Core/.Net Framework Git for source control Azure DevOps for repos and work items Azure portal App Insights, app registrations, Key Vaults VS Code/Visual Studio for IDEs Onshore Lead Developer Available during TQL business hours for team collaborations, questions, and consultations Monitor Incidents queue and resolve them. All tickets are assigned with owners and no tickets are older than 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) First line of support for applications owned by offshore team. Attend NOC bridges and engage other offshore members as required to solve issue Create change tickets. Present tickets during change control meetings. Coordinate deploys during change windows by employing the required offshore members Understand TQL development best practices and architecture guidelines & policies and ensure teams adopt and adhere to them Perform code reviews and approve pull requests Lead solution designs Responsible for infrastructure tasks such as developing pipelines, server migrations, certificate management, s/w upgrades etc. Responsible for all application documentation in central repository Analyze and resolve all Checkmarx findings Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure they are delivering on commitments Provide weekly status reports on team efforts, development metrics, progress, team changes etc. Responsible to onboard new team members Proactively provide at least 30-day notifications for team member changes and provide replacement candidates for interview by TQL Coordinate & resolve remote access issues for offshore teams to TQL applications and servers Proactively provide vacation schedules & other off days/holidays for offshore team members to help in sprint planning Participate actively in all scrum ceremonies Thanks & Regards Priyanshu Sharma Technical Recruiter Phone: 14694982621 Email: [email protected] Keywords: csharp quality analyst user interface green card Ohio http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=659187&uid= |
