Master's degree plus required industry certificates Experience working for a large financial institution. Experienced IT professional leading large projects and contributing to critical functions. Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions based on industry best practices (minimum 10 years) Knowledge of business analysis best practices (such as BABOK) and ability to effectively apply them. Advanced knowledge of specific business area, process, workflows, standards, and business practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate well with all levels, technical as well as non-technical stakeholders. Experience with modeling business processes in Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN) 2.0 Experience with conducting stakeholder interviews directly with clients and management without supervision and to facilitate and navigate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus. Team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources. Must be organized and good at managing deliverables, meeting notes, presentations, and other documentation/communications. Experience with Full Lifecycle software development processes. Proven conceptual, analytical, and judgmental skills Experience with tools like iGrafx, PEGA, Camunda, jBPM CBAP, CSPO or similar certification is a plus.
