Job Description: Responsibilities Support current windows server and desktop technologies, and client/server applications in a windows-based network environment. Specifics include: Microsoft Windows Server (latest OS) and Exchange Server (or enterprise mail systems) o Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD o All current Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems o Windows Servers and client environments Install, configure, test, and maintain system management tools, infrastructure, and server plugins. Manage Microsoft Azure Infrastructure and Identity management i.e. Azure ADFS, Azure AD Sync. Administer Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies. Administer IT SaaS applications (i.e. O365, Okta, Google Workspace applications). Use the Okta Policy framework to control user access, map identity attributes and data transformations using Universal Directory, and troubleshoot issues. Work on day-to-day operational tasks to support users of the Okta service. Integrate new applications and support current applications in Okta. Continuously monitor the Okta health-check and scheduled imports. Experience or related experience administering Okta including advanced configurations such as OIDC/Oauth, SCIM, cross-tenant federation, Okta Workflows, and APIs. Develop custom workflows, connectors, and integrations to extend Okta's capabilities and integrate with other systems and applications. Configure and customize Okta's LCM and IGA features to meet specific organizational requirements, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, access request, access certification, and role-based access control. Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of Okta implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement security policies, access controls, and identity lifecycle processes in Okta. Stay up-to-date with Okta's latest features, enhancements, and best practices, and provide recommendations for leveraging them to improve identity and access management capabilities. Collaborate with the testing team to develop and execute test cases, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of Okta implementations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8-10+ Years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator. Strong Windows Server, Desktop Technologies, and client/server applications in a windows-based network environment. Strong experience with OKTA- workflows, configuring and customizing using the OKTA policy Framework to control use access, map identity attributes and data transformations. Strong Power experience. 5+ years supporting current windows server and desktop technologies, and client/server applications in a windows-based network environment. Specifics include: A focus on OKTA workflows. Microsoft Windows Server (latest OS) and Exchange Server (or enterprise mail systems) Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD All current Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems Systems administration experience including Windows Server 2012/2016/2019. Strong expertise in Okta development, including hands-on experience with Okta's Lifecycle Management (LCM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) functionalities. Proficient in developing custom workflows, connectors, and integrations using Okta's APIs and SDKs. Experience configuring and customizing Okta's LCM and IGA features, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, access request, access certification, and role-based access control. Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, SCIM). Strong Power scripting experience Familiarity with security frameworks, compliance requirements, and industry best practices related to identity and access management.
