Position: Principal Business Analyst Location: Remote Duration: 6+ months contract Job Description Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) 8+ years of experience in related field. In lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience in related field. Visual Design tools knowledge/skills highly desirable Experience in or knowledge of the health care industry is strongly preferred. Excellent consultative skills needed, with ability to effectively present options and risks and escalate issues as needed to management. Solid conflict resolution and decision making skills. Excellent oral and written communication and facilitation skills that include workgroup leadership, problem resolution across multiple groups, etc. Excellent PC Skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint Commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent research, analytical, problem solving skills, including a proven ability to interpret and present quantitative data. Ability to lead teams and work well independently.
