In this role, you will be a core member of our frameworks design and development teams, tackling challenges large and small and always focused on how to improve our customers experience. You are a true design/development hybrid: you have a refined, progressive design aesthetic and are a hands-on UI designer as well as an exceptional hybrid mobile and web front-end developer. Most importantly, you long ago checked your ego at the door: on our team, no task is too great or too small for any of us to handle. In this role, you will be at the center of design for all our customer-facing digital products and play a pivotal role in building the next generation of products that delight our customers. What Youll Do Design and develop beautiful, functional front-end UI and experiences for mobile apps and web-based applications Translate business and customer requirements into elegant experiences Collaborate with designers to build and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible design systems Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design integrity throughout the development lifecycle, bridging the gap between design and code Leverage your diverse skill set to craft prototypes and proofs-of-concept that push the boundaries of whats possible and bring joy to every customer interaction Craft code that controls the look and feel of an experience: colors, typography, responsive layout, motion, interactions, and any other visual aspect of the UI Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Optimize code for performance, stability and maintainability Work with cross-functional teams of application/UI software engineers, UI/UX designers, and QA/Validation What Youll Bring 7-10+ years of experience in front-end development Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery Experience with responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility Strong understanding of modern UI design patterns and human-centered design principles Experience with React JavaScript framework Experience with [iOS + Android] Experience with version control tools such as Git Strong desire to learn new languages and technologies, stay updated with new technologies, trends and best practices of front-end development Strong understanding of code performance and optimization techniques Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Obsessive attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience using with design patterns. High standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance.
