Summary: Must have ITOM and CMDB Provide the client with ServiceNow development Best-Practices Advice and assist in their implementation. Deliver ServiceNow development consulting services based on the Client's ServiceNow release plan, including all modules implemented by the client. Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs. Testing and evaluating new programs. Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications. Write and implement efficient code. Maintaining and upgrading existing systems. Assist in the training of users. Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts.
