Position: Sr. O365 Engineer Location: Wilmington, DE Duration: 6 months Job Description: Current expertise in two of the following, and experience with all the following, is required for this position: Azure AD Synchronization Conditional Access App Registrations Enterprise Applications O365 Mailboxes & EAC Sharepoint and Teams Administration Job Responsibilities Successfully resolve assigned Tier 3 system issues and outages in accordance with our SLAs. Actively and effectively respond to client support calls, emails, and tickets. Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, processes, and controls. Work with a variety of technology vendors, peers, and business users in the implementation, operations, and troubleshooting of systems. Identify ways to improve reliability and functionality of managed systems and infrastructure. Follow, and seek to improve, established systems engineering, configuration management and change management processes. Take ownership and drive resolution of system functionality issues, anomalies, or outages. Write and maintain custom scripts and processes to increase automation, system efficiency, and lower downtime. Continuously improve technical knowledge and apply that knowledge to help the organization innovate. Representing the team in both professionalism and adherence to procedure. Participation in on-call support rotation and allowance for off-hours support in limited instances.
