Role: Aruba WLAN (Wireless) Network Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Video/ Phone Must Have LinkedIn Profile RESOURCE MUST HAVE: Candidate submitted MUST be Subject Matter Experts in Aruba, meaning that they have already completed projects around Aruba. They have executed projects successfully and cleanly. There will not be much hand holding and they can hit the ground running. Aruba WLAN (Wireless) Network Engineer (L3) Duties: The position of a Network Wireless L3 is responsible for the ongoing wireless network operations management to provide 24x7 support. Key responsibilities include: This is a hands-on technical role: Must been hands on with Aruba and have done the install before. They need someone that understands the challenges based on prior experience. Provide tier-3 (expert level) operational support for Aruba, Wireless LAN Controllers, Cloud Controllers to resolve critical business issues that require deep wireless network troubleshooting techniques and performance analysis Independently own the Wireless Network Infrastructure support solving complex issues and suggest design modifications as appropriate. Ensure SLAs are met - Responsible for performance analysis, proactive troubleshooting and capacity planning for the Wireless Network platforms. Perform monitoring and maintenance of overall environment working with experienced team members. Perform change controls. Update process documentation and team portals Ability to handle multiple complex tasks in a dynamic environment, with tight deadlines concurrently.
