This includes liaising with various IT teams, such as the systems administration team, the network team, and the security team, to collect information about their systems and how they interact with each other. The Technical Analyst will use this information to create documentation to onboard IT systems to Access management workflows Duties and Responsibilities: Gather and analyze information about the organization's IT systems, including hardware, software, security and infrastructure. Liaise with various IT teams to collect information about their systems and how they interact with each other. Create documents that summarize the IT landscape. Assist with the onboarding of new IT systems to access management workflows Maintain the organization's IT documentation. Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT analysis and/or consulting. Proficient in using Microsoft tools like Word, Spreadsheet, PowerPoint , Outlook and SharePoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with various IT technologies, such as operating systems, networking, and databases.
