Examples may include: Conducting impact analysis to identify the impact of the changes to users, key stakeholders, business processes, systems, etc. Supporting and coaching managers and supervisors on how to help direct reports through transition and adoption of change. - Experience designing, developing, or revising communications and training across the organization, recommending delivery schedules, methods, formats and types of communication and training. Examples may include: Identification of communication and training needs. Development of communication and training plans. Created and delivered instructor-led training.
