Position: DB2 Systems Programmer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ months contract Job Description DB2 Systems Programmer needed to support a Mainframe environment. The qualified candidate must have the following skills/experience: DB2 or z/OS V12 m500 to m509 preparation, upgrade experience, and hands-on execution and troubleshooting. DB2 V13 prep and upgrade experience, and hands-on execution and troubleshooting. Previous experience executing pre-migration reports Perform analysis for the objects in scope Identify the recommended course of action for remediation Developing and executing implementation and verification plan for the upgrade (including Catmaint) on individual members and multiple-member (3 to 12 members) data-sharing groups Coordinate with our Software Management Team which will provide all SMP/E work. Effectively communicate requirements, and review SMP/E output for completeness.
