Creation of data dictionaries, defining metadata management approaches and governance processes. Deliver software releases into high environments through validation and operational gating to internal and external customers. Review the current release process and propose changes to achieve a more efficient release management lifecycle. Scale releases through automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity. Define and manage deployment readiness and the success criteria of each deployment/release. Communicate the deployment/release schedule, release artifacts, priorities, and status to all stakeholders.
