Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Contribute to process improvements and the evolution of development methodologies during the contract period. Mandatory skills Experience with Service Now ITSM, CRM and HRM suite of applications Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience working in an Agile software development environment. Ability to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testing. ServiceNow Expertise: A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, capabilities, and modules. Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting language, such as JavaScript I essential. Customization Skills: The ability to customize and configure ServiceNow applications to align with business processes. This includes creating custom forms, tables, workflows, and UI elements.
