The candidate will be responsible for developing a strong working knowledge of Conduent-specific processes within IBM OpenPages around Internal Audits and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX), Issues Management, Risk Assessments, and Regulatory Compliance Management. Specific duties will include: Answering user functionality questions Work with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design, configure, test and deploy optimizations according to company software development (SDLC) policies and procedures. Update application Settings, User profiles, views, triggers, Task focused UI, roles and security profiles in Open Pages. Develop complex reports using Cognos, inbuilt reporting tool Recommend improvements to the application to make it more stable. Troubleshooting and Incident resolution following defined Conduent Incident Management processes. Coordinating with Operations team on deployments, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and regular backend maintenance. Prior experience or knowledge of Enterprise and Operational Risk Management, Internal audit, Compliance or other GRC domains 10+ years of experience with software development, complex user applications, and reporting Strong communication skills working with Stakeholders, capturing requirements, designing, and implementing software solutions. Deep understanding of software architecture design patterns and application data models Hands on and excellent coding skills with at least one modern programming language such as Java Hand on experience working with disparate systems integration. Understanding of Http protocol. Strong SQL and database design.
