Must have: Coordinated and performed the configuration changes WM Active, software patches and upgrades, customizations, application testing, and new release rollouts Manhattan Open Systems (WMOS) Over 10-15+ years of experience with Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management Systems and its integration with various WES/WCS, TMS and ERP systems. 5+ years experience in developing, implementing, or supporting a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Coordinated and performed the configuration changes WM Active, software patches and upgrades, customizations, application testing, and new release rollouts Job Description: Complete & perform IT service management processes Perform process & change management responsibilities Partner with business users on incident management as well as system enhancements Manage system configurations across a variety of applications Document specifications for new development requests Partner with third party vendors to test & validate configuration changes & software deliveries Execute data extracts & analysis to build business cases to support system changes Communicate effectively and offer recommendations and facilitate change to improve efficiency Bachelors degree in IT or similar field and/or 5+ years of experience 5+ years experience in developing, implementing, or supporting a Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS) or Order Management System (OMS) Knowledge of: o Manhattan Open Systems (WMOS or WM Active) or Active Omni desired. o Business Intelligence Tools o Database Systems Strong computer skills: o Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) o Database o Statistics Applications o Business Intelligence An ability and desire to be part of a great team Thanks Naveen Varma [email protected] United Software Group Inc..
