Role: Windows OS Engineer

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid 3 days onsite in a week)

Contract

Required Skills:

Windows Performance Toolkit. Windbg, Process Monitor, Driver verifier and Enterprise Diagnostics tools.

Windows OS with SCCM

Power scripting

Device Management Intune

Job Summary:

Talented at windows performance and stability optimization

Experienced with low level analytics tools such as Windows Performance Toolkit, Windbg, process monitor, driver verifier and enterprise diagnostic tools

Experience of the Microsoft stack Windows 10 through Server, Office and active directory

Experience in scripting Power,

Expert Skills with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, System Registry, and WMI

Experience with SCCM CB architecture and administration Intune experience a plus.

Strong comprehensive problem-solving skills to identify and solve issues quickly.

Ability to work well independently as well as part of a virtual, geographically dispersed team bringing a sense of urgency to the tasks at hand.

Effectively handle difficult and stressful situations with poise, tact and patience, while demonstrating a sense of urgency.

Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and quality-minded.

Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills. You will work with team members in Asia, Europe, and the United States supporting a global user community.

Flexible work hours will be required.
