Policy on relocation if needed for the right candidate The end-Client organization would take on the relocation to SHA for the frontline persons : Travel + Working Visa to SHA for employee and Family (VISA provided by the end client) Housing Education for kids The supporting candidate could work remotely in support to the senior front line person 3. When is the start date We are soliciting the contract If we are able to assemble a team of 4-5 potential candidates Avionics STW engineers (one being relocated in SHA), then it can go very quick especially if the Senior is identified first. So a contract could be done in say 1 to 2 months after screening. 4. Visa: no preference for the candidate visa 5. Any MUST-HAVE skills or requirements that are not mentioned in the job description As per job description: FMS/NAV STW specialist with 7 min experience Only the onsite team would be a plus if fluent in Chinese 6. Responsibilities Applications/Systems Engineering experience supporting global programs, products, and customers. Possesses technical and leadership skills in avionics software development, simulation, testing tools, and certification. Result oriented, facilitates work cross-functional teams, and Builds solid customer relationships. Chinese speaking would be a great advantage. Qualifications Avionics software design including development and integration processes preferably in avionic system design and testing. Avionic Systems Embedded Design and Avionics Software development experience (systems such as FMS, AIM, Displays, GPS, MCDU). Familiar with Software development and simulation and test tools, DO 178 and DO 254 DO 330 ARP 4754 and ARP 4761 SMS, quality management processes, Standardization, certification. Plus if experience in DO1 160 Simulink, C & C++ programming, Python, Java Programming. Responsibilities Candidates Will be the face of Studio Aerospace and might manage a small team of Studio Aerospace and/or client software technicians. Might be relocated in Shanghai to supervise program progress and advancement and act as liaison with the SME team in the US. Conditions Selected SMEs .
