[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: ServiceNow QA Engineer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6+ Months Contract Visa: Any visa, no H1Bs Must have: System Integration testing, QA, strong on SQL, Snow ATF, Java or Javascript, varios type API applications testing experience, Key Responsibilities: As a ServiceNow QA, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow applications and systems. Your responsibilities will include: ServiceNow Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of ServiceNow applications to identify defects and ensure they meet the highest quality standards. Automation Expertise: Utilize your hands-on automation skills in Java and JavaScript to automate test cases and improve testing efficiency. QA Standards and Processes: Apply your understanding of QA standards and processes to develop and implement effective testing strategies and methodologies. Diverse Testing Types: Perform API testing, System Integration testing, and End-to-End testing to ensure the robustness of our applications. SQL Query Writing: Write and execute SQL queries, including basic queries with joins, to support database testing and validation. Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and document test cases and results. Agile Environment: Thrive in an Agile environment, actively participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: 5-8 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer with a focus on ServiceNow testing. Proficiency in automation using Java and JavaScript. In-depth understanding of QA standards and processes. Proven expertise in testing various types of applications, including API, System Integration, and End-to-End testing. Strong SQL query writing skills, including the ability to create basic queries with joins. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Experience working in an Agile development environment and contributing to Agile ceremonies.
