Location : Remote (USA) Duration : C2C Experience : 8-10 Years Job Description: Healthcare Project Manager/Product Owner (JD) Role/Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders and partners to gather, analyze and define business requirements Document and communicate business requirements Provide subject matter expertise. Recognize and analyze gaps between current situation and desired outcome and utilize appropriate resources to obtain information. Consider solutions and deliver the solution Understand, interpret and develop product business models, including value propositions and desired business benefits Conduct business. Functional, technical, and data analysis to define product requirements for all aspects of healthcare applications including mapping, data schema definition, data verification, data quality, data load, end to end flows. UAT and testing Ability to engage matrix partner teams (Technology, Facilities, Operations, Training, Reporting Product, Quality, Legal, Regulatory, etc.) to effectively deliver on each project Design and build recommended business and operations solutions and process improvement through analysis of regulatory requirements. Implementation of proposed designs using agile and other methodologies Ensure prompt escalation of challenges/issues that will impact the business and initiative delivery Good health care knowledge and understanding of Risk and Quality health care business. Write detailed Features and user stories within a agile framework Primary point of contact for Business teams and engineering teams on product features build. Healthcare Program Manager/PMO (JD) Role/Responsibilities: Delivery lead (CDL) is client facing and requires project delivery skills for complex solutions, healthcare data and technical skills. Agile skills including full understanding of Agile methodologies. This position requires soft skills including presentations skills that are internal and client facing. Usage of office tools including Smartsheet. Ability to provide executive level updates and present. High -level understanding of complex architectures including cloud solutions. Ability to securely share client data and lead technical data discussion, document and lead resolution of issues, risk, and blockers. This is not a Project Management but more of a data and technical delivery position. This position works with a PM, multiple scrum teams and business units to deliver client data with all requirements for all products and services, application set up with any non-standard requirements, coordinate SIT testing and work with the client to coordinate the client deliverables to ingest information Optum sends to the client. In this position we need someone who has delivered complex solution, understands healthcare data and can communicate and represent Optum to our Nashville area or within a distance to occasionally travel.
