Position: 100% Remote Sr Microsoft Dynamics Developer Location: 100% Remote Duration: 6 months Job Description: As a Principal, IT Applications and SaaS, you will support the client's CIO and business leadership team in establishing the applications environment, from portfolio strategy and successful implementation to supporting and enhancing operational effectiveness. What you will do: As a Principal, IT Applications and SaaS, you will be a strategic thinker, doer, and relationship builder. We thrive on solving problems and delivering outcomes that matter for our clients. You will thrive in a nimble, flexible, and high-growth environment. Responsible for overall ERP and application implementation success. Develop and maintain collaborative working partnerships with business, IT operations and quality stakeholders to ensure success. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics implementations and proven track record of success required. Must have pharmaceutical industry experience. A proven leader with deep experience in the areas of application architecture, pharmaceutical business functions and their IT requirements, and sector-specific applications, and applications implementation, maintenance, support and operations. Not afraid to get their hands dirty in a dynamic environment. Must be experienced, senior, and still have the ability to both lead and execute themselves. Partner with client stakeholders to understand their problems and recommend solutions that add value to their business. Communicate with poise, impact, empathy, and logic. Nurture high-trust relationships with clients and team members. Hands-on technical expert, responsible for overall ERP and application implementation and operations success Hold vendors accountable to timelines and quality deliverables. Requirements: Ten years or more of previous leadership across enterprise IT applications functions: development and integration, implementation, and maintenance and support Five years or more of Pharmaceutical industry experience Experience with Microsoft Dynamics implementations Experience in implementing / integrating ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, Netsuite) Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred Nice to have: Experience in an M&A context If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
