They must have experience implementing at least 1 full oracle configurator fusion implementation and if they truly have configurator expertise (its a specific tool) then they will have experience in Oracle order management, manufacturing, and product data. The last candidate didnt have the actual oracle configurator fusion experience but I unfortunately dont have much more to go on but this should help.
