Job Title Full Stack Engineer Location Remote Duration 6 Months Must have LinkedIn profile Responsibilities: Leverage knowledge of front-end application development, service development, and noSQL data models and search indexes to develop and implement quality solutions in a microservices architecture Craft code that meets our internal standards for coding, maintainability, testing, accessibility, and best practices for implementation services and applications in a microservice architecture - maintain and advocate for these standards through code review Collaborate with architects and developers to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions Work with product management, architects and other stakeholders to iterate on and develop features within digital ecosystem Collaborate with and learn from other developers and engineers through communication, code reviews, pair programming, etc. Work with the team to design and implement GraphQL services, search solutions, and workflows to support cutting edge progressive web applications in a Cloud environment Fix prioritized issues from ASCOs organizational backlog Solve technical problems of medium scope and complexity Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of Cloud solutions and services to develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems to improve product quality, security, and performance Consistently ship features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members. Collaborate with the team on larger projects. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience in lieu of degree 5+ years experience with web development, with experience in both front-end and back-end technologies Highly proficient in at least one client side (JavaScript) and one server-side scripting language (Python, PHP, etc.) Professional experience with GraphQL services, resolvers and schemas using AWS AppSync and/or Apollo Strong experience with Serverless computing (AWS SAM models preferred) Strong experience working with Git Experience developing Lambda functions in Python Hands-on experience and knowledge of ElasticSearch Experience with microservice architecture Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation preferred) Familiarity with AWS resources and managed services - e.g. Lambda, ECS (Fargate), DynamoDB, API Gateway, AppSync, CloudFront, WAF, Application Load Balancers, etc. Desirable but not required: Experience with NoSQL Document DBs (DynamoDB preferred) Experience with automated unit and e2e testing Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.) Understanding of Service Workers Experience with Continuous Delivery Models Experience with Node.js Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (eg.
