R2R SME / Oracle Cloud RTR Lead- Finance Consultant Location: Remote Duration- Contract R2R SME / Oracle Cloud RTR Lead- Finance Consultant Minimum 15 Yrs. experience with Oracle Cloud Finance implementation experience. Minimum 3 Full Life cycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations. Hands on experience in Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Experience with Finance integration with EDI, 3PL and Other Edge apps i.e., Concur, OneStreams etc. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Ability to conduct efficient workshops to understand & document business needs and perform fit/gap analysis with Oracle functionality. Propose alternate solutions based on industry leading best practices. Ability to identify gaps and present solution options with pros and cons for critical gaps / issues and make recommendations. Provide thought leadership to clients and manage internal development teams and testing teams. Have involved in gathering and analyzing business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for financial system configurations. Design and customize Oracle Fusion Financials applications to meet client-specific business needs and industry best practices. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user documentation to support clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases. Perform system testing, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion Financials applications. Assist in data migration and integration between Oracle Fusion Financials and other systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to Oracle Fusion Financials applications. Prior experience in full-cycle implementation projects and post-implementation support.
