Business Analyst with all MS office skills 2. Hands on experience in Banking Domain 3. Loan Accounting Experience Nice to have skills (Top 2 only) 1. Business process mapping and flow creation 2. Process Redesigning Detailed Job Description: As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape Certifications Needed: No Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*: 1. Strong Business Analyst with ability to communicate at leadership level 2. Should be able to talk confidently about Financial products such as Loans 3. Demonstrated experience acting as a business liaison and delivering both strategic and operational solutions to technical teams required.
