Role: SFDC Lead Consultant Location: USA/Remote Duration: Contract Position Description: Must b have 10+ years of experience. Should manage the Onsite and Offshore Salesforce team and liaise to meet the agreed deliverable within the set timeline. Experienced in regional Salesforce rollouts understanding the potential and limitations of Salesforce. Able to strategize, plan and execute application release based on the business priorities. Able to manage technical team prioritizing the deliveries as per project objectives. Involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment . Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution. Deep functional understanding of field service operations and processes. Prior experience with Field Service Lightning configuration & customization. Prior experience with the implementation of Salesforce.com functionality. Firm understanding of Salesforce.com best practices. Prior experience working on an agile project. Have solid knowledge in Service Cloud.
