In this role, you will play a critical part in guiding agile teams, ensuring they are on the right path to success. You will also actively participate in portfolio roadmap discussions and possess the flexibility to lead stable teams while taking charge of specific projects as needed. Key Responsibilities: Agile Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to agile teams, promoting Agile principles and best practices. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Ensure teams are aligned with clients strategic objectives and priorities. Roadmap Management: Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments (marketing, finance, underwriting, etc.) to manage portfolio roadmap discussions. Assist in prioritizing and planning initiatives to align with organizational goals. Team Management: Manage and mentor up to 2 stable agile teams, ensuring they are following Agile methodologies and delivering value consistently. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identify and remove impediments to team progress. Project Leadership: Take ownership of specific projects when required, serving as the project leader and ensuring successful delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines. Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary. Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement within the agile teams by fostering a culture of experimentation and learning. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance. Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexibility and adaptability to take on various roles as needed.
