Role: - Web Developer/ designer ( monitor Manager) Location: - Remote - Denver, CO Job Type: - Long Term No- H1B, OPT, CPT Job Description This resource will sit in the analytics team and act as a liaison between Engineering, DevOps, Analytics, and the business to help monitor, track, and quantify web performance. This is a highly collaborative position that will partner cross-functionally and with stakeholders to continuously improve our site, requiring a combination of technical expertise and a continuous improvement mindset focused on the consumer experience. They will be responsible for monitoring end-to-end performance of our websites and tying performance changes to releases with the goal of quantifying the impact of changes as well as newly identified opportunities. They will contribute to a monthly report that shows the impact of performance metrics on user actions and translates user actions to revenue in order to identify opportunities to improve the consumer experience.
