Title : Project Manager- LDMG Operations Location : USA(Remote) Responsibilities - Lead large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives - Direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams - Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business - Translate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences - Defining and managing project schedules, resources and delivery commitments - Managing Scrum standup meetings - Setting up tasks using the CA Agile Central tool - Performing data collection and analysis activities using MS Excel - Conducting weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and the project is kept on target - Collaborating with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure successful outcomes - Creating/Updating project status reports for program rollup and management review - Mitigating and managing project risks and issues Skills Must have - 3+ years of Project Management experience leading and managing large, complex projects in a matrixed organization - Proven MS Excel expertise (including data extraction, look-ups, sorts, joins, pivots and mapping skills) - Working experience with Rally Agile tool (i.e., CA Agile Central) - Sense of urgency and assertiveness - Experience leading virtual and distributed project teams - Adaptability; self-starter; team player; quality minded; focused; committed; able to work independently - Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and presentation - Strong customer-service orientation - Proven ability to hold people accountable - Demonstrated ability to work in a complex environment with often conflicting priorities Nice to have Experience with mergers and acquisitions, supporting data center and application integration .. 3 years exp Able to lead large programs and direct cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams 5 years exp - Communicate successfully with Infrastructure and Application teams to ensure successful outcomes. 5 years ex Best Regards & Wishing Hari Junior Recruiter [email protected] +1 (778) 786-1412 http://www.sevenhillsgrouptech.com// Office : STE 104, 525 Route 73 North, Marlton, NJ 08053 Think Big and Grow Bigger!!!!
