Deployment and Configuration: o Lead the installation, configuration, and testing of MTR hardware and software components in meeting rooms. o Ensure MTR systems are set up to provide reliable audio, video, and screen-sharing capabilities for meetings. o Work with internal teams and external vendors to enroll the systems into Intune with appropriate conditional policies to support security and compliance. 2. System Maintenance and Optimization: o Regularly update and maintain MTR bot Android and Windows leveraging the Team Rooms Pro portal monitoring firmware, software patches, and security updates. o Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, proactively addressing any issues to minimize downtime. 3. User Support and Training: o Provide user support for MTR-related issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and offer timely resolutions. o Conduct training sessions and create user guides to educate employees on MTR functionality and best practices. 4. Integration and Collaboration: o Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of MTR with other collaboration tools and systems. o Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement and maintenance of MTR hardware. 5. Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain comprehensive documentation of MTR configurations, settings, and user guides. o Generate regular reports on system performance, utilization, and user feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Security and Compliance: o Implement and enforce security protocols and policies to safeguard MTR systems and sensitive data. o Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 7. Project Management: o Lead and participate in MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. o Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) in a large enterprise environment. Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing technologies. Certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate). Proficiency in network troubleshooting, endpoint management, and IT security. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
