Good to have an experience/Knowledge on any design pattern implementation. Excellent written & oral communication skills as role involves working in Agile environment with client teams. The developer will need to be able to determine the scope of impact potential refactoring solutions would have, and be able to recommend mitigation steps to reduce the risks associated with refactoring changes. Familiarity with test design principles and able to use these to determine the quality of coverage. Should be able to understand equivalence class partitioning, boundary value analysis, truth tables, and state diagram test design techniques to ensure high-quality, risk mitigating unit test coverage. Process Skills: Capable of analyzing requirements in Microsoft technologies systems in the field of Planning, development, executing testing cases as per client requirements Ability to write test plans, create test cases test data for Microsoft technologies systems. Behavioral Skills: Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate designs. Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction. Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
