Title: Java Tech Lead

Location: Onsite prefer North Point, San Francisco. Willing to consider Rocklin

Duration: 18-24 Months Contract

Visa: USC,GC or H4-EAD

Must Have:

As a Lead, they will need to ensure projects scope is Designed/Developed & Delivered in timely fashion.
As a Lead, they will have to interact with Product teams & Architects to finalize design and implementation details.
Get the respective project changes incorporated with team members Onsite & Offshore.
Review other developer Code, provide feedback and ensure changes are incorporated so, that project can be delivered in timely fashion.
Ensure Sufficient testing is been performed and there are no missed Requirements/Scenarios.

Requirements

Very technical, 8+ years, Sr level
Heavily using Webflux
Java 17 is what the team is currently using - willing to pick up the latest technology
Cassandra
Java, Springboot, microservices, Spring framework and Rest API
NoSQL databases is must have
Reactive programming-nice to have
Overall experience level prefer 5-7 years in total
Coding skills and understanding of the tools and technologies is must

Work with technical team lead and architects to solve problems by helping to craft technical designs and software
Help collaboration with multiple groups to strategize and prioritize next-generation platform initiatives, develop best practices, and see projects to completion
Facilitate problem diagnosis and resolution in technical and functional areas
Encourage change, especially in support of engineering best practices and developer satisfaction
Write high-quality code that is consistent with our standards, creating new standards as necessary
Demonstrate correctness with pragmatic automated tests
Review the work of other engineers in a collegial fashion to promote and improve quality and engineering practices
Develop strong working relationships with others across levels and functions
Be a model and mentor to other software engineers
Participate in, and potentially coordinate, Communities-of-Practice in those technologies in which you have an interest
Participate in continuous education programs to grow your skills both technically and in the Williams-Sonoma business domain
Serve as a member of an agile engineering team and participate in the team's workflow
