They work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure that the product is developed with the end-user in mind and meets business goals. The QA Manager will: Overall 5+ years of Project Management experience in implementing large scale projects (10+ Mn revenue) Proactive in client interactions and have hands on experience in handling clients effectively. Providing thought leadership, mentorship, and guidance to QA team members Onboarding, Training, and supervising QA team members Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures. Have expertise in handling fixed bid and T&M projects. Meets financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing EV, controlling cost and maintain a healthy margin Experience in working in a Quality Assurance and Testing services capacity in a cross-functional, multivendor structure with clients. What you'll bring to Nagarro: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in overseeing large-scale projects with revenue exceeding $10 million. Proven experience in quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
