Note: we need a Combination of Both Devops and Java Full Stack Role: Senior Devops with Java Full Stack Engineer Location: Hartford, CT (3 days office - Hybrid) Duration: 1 year + contract Positions: 5 Top 3 Must Haves: 1. Core JAVA 2. JAVA FSE 3. Dev Ops Experience: 8 to 10yrs. Required Skills: 8+ years of overall Software Engineering experience o Experience leading an engineering team of 5+ team members. o Experience writing code to integrate with back-end systems and web services. o Experience with Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools Jenkins Pipeline, GitHub Deploy and/or Cucumber) o Experience with DevOps/Cloud technologies o Experience in an Agile environment o Experience designing, developing, and delivering software at an enterprise scale. 4-year bachelors degree in software engineering from a recognized university or equivalent Proficient in using Integrated Development Tools such as IntelliJ, Eclipse, Jenkins along with Source Control Systems such as git Strong understanding of web services including SOAP, REST. Nice to have skills: Quality Engineering / Software Development Engineer in Test experience Salesforce Lightning Development Experience US Healthcare Experience Exposure to CRM, Service, Issue Management applications Full Stack development experience using Java or .NET technology stacks. Experience using one or more of the following tools: Jenkins, Open Shift Masters degree in computer science or any technology related area from a recognized university or equivalent Roles & Responsibilities: Interacting and working across the team with Architects, QA, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and design/develop end to end solution. Experience in all phases of SDLC and STLC Hands on development using Salesforce, Java Spring or similar technology. Use Agile (SCRUM) and Hands-on with CA Agile Central (Rally) or other Agile tools to manage and track development activities. Source code, environment, deployment, and release management, troubleshooting and triaging.
