Interact with stakeholders and customers to collect and analyze data and discovery requirements. Design and implement discovery tool and data integrations with the CMDB and other related inventory/system of record in the ITAM ecosystem Qualifications (minimum) Implementation and operations experience with modern asset specific discovery tools Experience with modern ITAM implementations and discovery integrations Proficiency with cloud, on prem and end user IT asset management practices and procedures Ability to document and convey discovery analyses, network designs, maturation roadmaps and discovery data quality scorecards Knowledge of ServiceNows CMDB discovery integrations and reconciliation engine Experience implementing ServiceNow in complex network environments 5+ years of industry experience in a specific ITAM discovery implementations Familiarity with SDLC, Agile and project management methodology(preferred) Specific implementation experience with ServiceNow discovery, Tanium, Flexera, SCCM, BMC ADDM, AWS Config/Trail, google and Azure APIs etc Experience with discovery data reconciliation using Open Source agents/tools (OSQuery etc) and use of Observability, vulnerability scanning data.
