Location: USA Orlando, Florida (Hybrid-Onsite) Must Have (Primary) P&C Insurance experience Brokerage experience AMS Systems experience Insurance domain knowledge and experience in insurance domain, preferably Brokerage, including New Business, Placement, Policy Servicing, Billing and Claims Managements Reporting & Analytics in Insurance Functions such as Policy, Billing, Accounting, Commission Reconciliation etc. Extensive knowledge of the various AMS systems and their nuances would be a highly valuable addition to the team. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business Defining Functional Test Scenarios & Test Cases Identify gaps in requirements & collaborate for resolution Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders Understanding Stakeholder requirements and converting to technical requirements for developers Designing requirements according to database principles, including Master, Reference, and Transactional datasets Database reviews for data quality and field to field mapping specifications Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel and PowerPoint Technical Skills (Secondary Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY) Defining business requirements, Epics/ User Stories, and playback to stakeholders . Experience of working on any Reporting Tools such as Power BI, Tableau etc.Experience of working on projects in the area of Reporting & Analytics Responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. Basic MS SQL knowledge is preferable.
