Understand, analyze and create business requirements with accuracy and collaborate with the client and offshore team. Reporting and providing feedback to management during the development process. Experience: 6+ total years experience Required Skills: Business Services, Business Scorecard Top 3 Must Haves: 1. BA skills 2. Healthcare domain knowledge 3. Electronic data interchange EDI expertise as a BA Nice to have skills: Knowledge on database structures and oracle PL/SQL is a plus Roles & Responsibilities: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. should have Client facing ability and analytical skills. Should have good hands-on experience analyzing and creating business requirement documents. Should have working knowledge. Should be able to understand the business processes and work with the customer POCs to understand the requirements and create documents. Should have good communication and client management skills. Should have Healthcare domain knowledge and should be familiar with the terminologies used. Should be able to analyze the system impacts when new changes are to be implemented in the existing system. Should be able to work with developers, testers and other business team members and ensure smooth execution of the project.
