Must have -Solid understanding of technical fundamentals, including audio gain structure, video and audio signal flow, radio frequency basics (wireless microphones), TCP/IP networking basics -Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders, end-users and executive leadership through a variety of mediums -Experience designing, setting up and configuring A/V systems in a mobile environment. -Experience operating digital audio mixers, specifically those manufactured by Yamaha and Allen & Heath -Experience operating broadcast video switchers, specifically those manufactured by Ross and Roland -Experience directing crews in setup, run-time and strike -Advanced understanding of Microsoft PowerPoint -Competency with standard office productivity applications and video conferencing platforms - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, WebEx -Ability to self-manage and remain highly flexible as needs shift during the event lifecycle.
