Visa : GC & USC Must haves: ERP - Netsuite Banking Integration Accounts Payable Concur We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Finance Software Project Manager to join our team in Orange, Connecticut, for 3-6 months, on-site 3-days per week. As the Finance Software Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing ERP projects and ensuring their successful implementation. You will be responsible for overseeing projects related to ERP systems, as well as facilitating bank integration, Accounts Payable Tools, and Concur integrations. Key Responsibilities: ERP Project Management: Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of ERP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. ERP Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and best practices. Bank Integration: Collaborate with financial institutions and internal teams to implement seamless bank integration solutions. Accounts Payable Tools: Manage the implementation and enhancement of Accounts Payable tools to streamline payment processes and improve efficiency. Concur Integration: Facilitate the integration of Concur software for expense management and travel booking, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, challenges, and milestones. Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance and testing procedures to ensure the ERP systems and integrations meet high standards of performance and accuracy. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users, to achieve project objectives. Issue Resolution: Identify and address project issues, risks, and roadblocks promptly to keep projects on track. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience as a Finance Software Project Manager, with a strong track record of successfully delivering ERP projects. Expertise in ERP systems, including customization and integration. Proficiency in bank integration, Accounts Payable Tools, and Concur. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Orange, Connecticut.
