New LinkedIn could not work Big plus: Earlier worked with Pharma client Responsibilities include: Manage and proactively monitor GXP infrastructure dedicated for manufacturing site. Install, configure, and maintain GMP and non GMP applications Provide application support including troubleshooting and access management Maintain GXP system inventory for both hardware and software systems Coordinate with corporate IT staff to ensure smooth operation of computer networks, securities and OS upgrade and patch for manufacturing site. Support Infrastructure change and design process including documentation and verification of the changes to meet appropriate compliance/governance requirements. Support System Integration, Verification and Validation activities. Provide technical support during the resolution of support issues that would require change to the infrastructure platforms. Work closely with cross functional team such as Engineering, Operation, *** Global IT team and Quality management teams Create documentation for requirement spec, design spec and troubleshooting Documenting processes and monitoring application and infrastructure performance metrics Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering or a related discipline. 3+ years of experience working on Windows and Linux Server technologies. 2+ years of experience within the medical device manufacturing environment (FDA regulated environment). Deep understanding of software development life cycle.
