[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Enterprise Architect Location: Washington, DC(Hybrid) Long Term Contract Job Requirements: Must have at least 5-8 years of experience in technology and architecture area having played roles of technical/application/solution architect in past Must have experience in leading architecture team(s) to deliver Enterprise Solution architecture(s) Must have experience in Banking and Financial Services / Capital Markets domain. Must have breadth of knowledge across all technology areas (Application (.NET based stack), Middleware, Integration, Data, security, DevOps, Cloud (Azure), AI/ML at architecture level. Must have exposure to modern software architecture patterns including but not limited to APIs, microservices, DevOps, Event driven architecture. Must be able to lead client discussions, workshops, and deliver on short term discovery, architecture assessments. Strong experience in managing and delivering Non-Functional Requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability Certification in TOGAF or similar and/or technology certifications in specialized areas like Cloud, Devops etc. is added advantages) Roles & Responsibilities: Lead team of solution/technical architect and collaborate with various stakeholders from business, IT, Operations, partners, vendors to define/enhance/evolve enterprise architecture blueprint, create transition and complex solution architectures. Able to lead client discussions, workshops, support presales solutions and deliver on short term discovery, architecture assessments. Able to define technology roadmap and translate CxO vision/strategy into architectural roadmap/runway. Formulate and communicate technical vision and strategy to business and technical stakeholders. Participating (Direct/indirect) in developing policies, guidelines and standards that steer the development, selection, application and utilization of IT within an organization. Drive architectural change management by overseeing design, implementation or delivery of processes, programs and policies. Establish governance with client levels and participate in the Architecture Review process. Work with development team to ensure solutions are built per target state architecture. Mentor the team in architecture and technology area and drive reusable assets build. Nice to Have/Preferred: TOGAF certified r any architecture certification Certified in Azure Solutions Architect or similar is preferred with working experience of Azure cloud services. Certified in .NET technologies or similar. Exposure to lending, capital markets preferred.
