JOB DESCRIPTION As a Cloud Architect with a focus on GWS Plugin Development and Authentication & Authorization, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions while ensuring the highest levels of security and access control. Your expertise in Google Workspace (GWS) and authentication & authorization mechanisms will be essential in building appropriate Google integration. Key Responsibilities: Cloud Architecture Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and secure cloud architectures that leverage Google Workspace and other cloud services. GWS Plugin Development: Develop custom plugins and extensions for Google Workspace to enhance functionality and meet specific business requirements. Authentication & Authorization: Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure data and system security, including multi-factor authentication, role-based access control, and single sign-on (SSO). Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in cloud security, data protection, and privacy regulations. Infrastructure Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize cloud infrastructure for cost efficiency, performance, and scalability. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence in cloud architecture and security. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, security policies, and performance reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Cloud Architect with a strong focus on Google Workspace (GWS) Plugin Development and Authentication & Authorization. Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Workspace. Proficiency in programming languages, scripting (e.g, JavaScript), and API integration. In-depth understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, OpenID Connect) and authorization models. Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM) solutions and best practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
