Solution Design: Design and architect CPQ solutions using Conga CPQ that align with business needs, industry best practices, and scalability. Customization: Customize Conga CPQ to meet specific business requirements, including configuring pricing rules, product bundles, and quote templates. Integration: Integrate Conga CPQ seamlessly with Salesforce and other relevant systems to ensure data consistency and flow. Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of CPQ solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of CPQ configurations, customizations, and processes. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure they can effectively utilize the CPQ system. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues and errors in the CPQ system, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with Conga CPQ updates and best practices to suggest and implement enhancements and optimizations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Conga CPQ Developer, with a strong understanding of CPQ processes and best practices. Proficiency in Salesforce, including Salesforce CPQ, and Conga CPQ. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce certifications and Conga certifications (e.g., Conga Composer, Conga Contracts) are a plus. Experience with Apex, Visualforce, or other Salesforce development tools is a plus.
