Must have:             Domain knowledge about SaaS product sales (e.g. Salesforce, ServiceNow, Amazon Web Services, Workday) and the contracts used to sell SaaS products             Experience implementing a CLM system in a Product Owner, Business Analyst or IT Analyst role             Business Analyst and/or Product Owner experience with the ability to identify and document user requirements             Excellent verbal communication skills             Ability to deliver presentations to large audiences and executives             Ability to dive deep into detailed business requirements and work with developers to explain system requirements             Ability to define user acceptance testing criteria and test scripts  Nice to have:             Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile Framework             Knowledge of iCertis CLM system             Familiarity and ability to explain terms like             Upsell             CrossSell             Renewal             Deal Ramps             ACV             Custom Invoice Schedule             Service Provider             Order Form             Master Pricing Agreement Keywords: information technology
