The QA Test Engineer must be an advocate for all things Testing and Quality Assurance, while driving and implementing best practices. We are seeking a candidate that possesses strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a strong background in Claims processing and insurance industry practices. What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3-5+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer. Strong experience with front-end testing. Extensive knowledge of claims processing and insurance industry practices. Expertise in claims adjudication processes. Hands-on experience with claims administration software, preferably Facets. Proficiency in SQL queries and database testing. Proficiency in EDI protocols and practices. Experience with both automated and manual testing methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
