Senior Level Candidate if something breaks can take it on and fix, doesnt need guidance, if needs to move widgets can do on their own, if need task to add a widget or table, can also own and run with it etc Candidate can't be an order taker. Needs to be someone that is innovative, creative, and likes coming up with solutions. Background: They have a custom, homegrown database that they use for internal claims processing. This is a very important system for them, and they had issues getting it to launch properly. This is an urgent need.
