Job Description: GRP Analyst with Power BI Analytics expertise is an experienced role and will be responsible for working closely with GRC process and platform teams to provide business analysis expertise, report creation and dashboard design, in a tactical capacity, evaluating internal / external requirements and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner and capable of configuration, testing and maintenance of the Business Intelligence module. Job responsibilities: Demonstrated experience working with security and governance frameworks (i.e. ISO, NIST) underrating of compliance regulations SOX,GDPR and others Designing, developing and implementing IT, GRC, Cyber, Risk processes, conducting research Performing analysis required to build respective modules within GRP Platform, captures business requirements if required in a form of agile stories. Collaborate with project managers, technical analysts, and customer end-users in the analysis and help build dashboard and report creation . Experience in RM, GRC, Cyber Security Ops design, transition, or operations processes ,business analysis and configuration Prior BA experience with other GRC tools, platforms - Archer, MetricStream, Open Pages etc. Strong analytical skills are needed to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details. Strong knowledge and experience with data reporting tools including Microsoft Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, etc. and Strong knowledge of productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree 10 + years experience with Analytics expertise, report creation and dashboard design, Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools such as Archer, MetricStream, Open Pages working on projects and teams related to risk and controls management, compliance, information security, or other related fields Certifications preferred but not mandatory.
