As a Project Manager at a well-known Fort Worth advertising agency, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of their clients healthcare campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with our Account team, meticulous project planning, budgeting, and maintaining adherence to timelines. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Account team to support client needs, including participating in Create project schedules, manage workflows, and establish pricing and estimates. Serve as a knowledge source for project timelines and budgets, continuously monitoring and updating as needed. Track hours worked versus hours billed to ensure efficient resource allocation. Lead workflow processes, coordinate planning and kick-off meetings, and liaise with the Account lead. Set up projects in FunctionPoint, our project management software, and collaborate with the production team to manage timing expectations. Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Pharma or heavily regulated industries (Medical, Insurance, Food Manufacturing, etc). Comfortable with Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage multiple projects. Proficiency in project management software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools (training will be provided for FunctionPoint). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
